Why did you choose to work with Indiegogh?

"We chose to work with Indiegogh over every other team we received quotes for two main reasons. Firstly, the agency portfolio has incredibly variable design styles, including a few projects that directly matched our desired branding style. Secondly, the over and above approach Indiegogh takes to creating a full deliverable package with branding and positioning guidelines, covering all angles from marketing to competitive position to design deliverables was simply unmatched. Most other agencies have little focus on marketing or positioning, and instead focus heavily on the aesthetics of branding only."

One is that we were very intent on supporting an Austin based brand so we were looking for agencies and people within the Austin area to collaborate with. She communicates the branding process clearly, with trackable, scheduled targets that break the largeness of the project into pieces that connect to the next part of the process. The schedules Indiegogh sets are followed. You can expect the work that has been promised to be completed in a timely manner, and delivered promptly when expected. Emily's personal energy is kind, patient, and motivated. She loves working with you, and her actions make this feel obvious."

"My favorite thing about working with Indiegogh is Emily's eye for design + her dedication to our team in general. Emily would come out to meet with us in person whenever we asked her to - and she'd show up early, with high energy, and excited for our brand and vision. She came to our in person events when we asked her, and was always there for us when we needed her. It's that level of dedication that really wowed us, along with her overall talent in the space. On top of that, she is well organized, planning weekly Zoom meetings with her camera on and analytics reports ready to talk through."

How would you describe the workflow?

"Easy! Working with Indiegogh always felt like a breath of fresh air compares to other companies we work with. We could always count on Emily to show up on time, produce good work, get things out on schedule, and create amazing work. It's really nice to be able to trust someone like that when you're building a brand!"

"The workflow is organized, approachable, and consistent. We felt very heard and supported throughout our project. Meetings were regularly scheduled with agendas set to prepare our team's expectations. Space for feedback or changes was always left wide open. The overall gathering of our business's desires for the rebrand was incredibly thoughtful. We felt like every detail was noted and expanded upon for us. If we had an idea of a color or style, or a creative concept we wanted to see worked in, Emily provided it. She is an incredible listener, to the point that we had so few revisions on our project. If revisions needed to be made, they were given a deadline to be provided by, and those deadlines were consistently met."

What were the results of the project, and how did it impact your business?

"The results of the project was exactly what we had hoped to achieve and in some ways we came to realizations which lead to changes we didn't even realize we needed. The amount of effort we received felt even more comprehensive than what we'd expect from a 5+ person team."

"This rebrand is the first major step in a complete redirect for our small family business. It is a visual passing from one generation to the next, and the mission is renewed. Our branding guidelines are full of playfulness and energy, and we expect this to play a giant role in putting us on the map. We needed a rebranding regardless, but this outcome is even more magical than we expected. This will change our business entirely. It will boost sales, provide character, and give us and our customers something to be truly excited about every day going forward."
